After your assessment, I’ll coach you through a progressive program that aligns with your activity level and personal goals, meeting you where you’re at each week to ensure you always feel safe and supported.

This program includes:

  • 8 or 12 x 60-minute training sessions in my private studio in Toronto’s east end, or via Zoom if you prefer

  • Homework videos custom-created to support you in any areas of opportunity that arise during our sessions

8-Week Program cost: $720 

12-Week Program cost: $960 

Single session cost: $125
