Following this call, we’ll spend 12 weeks building your personal toolkit for success. As you navigate everything from movement and mindset to nutrition, sleep and connection (to self and others), I’ll be meeting you where you’re at, addressing your concerns, and providing the support and accountability you need to confidently navigate your healthy aging journey.

This program includes:

  • An initial 75- to 90-minute discovery call, during which we’ll review your history and set goals for the coming weeks

  • 12 x 60- to 90-minute sessions in my private studio in Toronto’s east end, or via Zoom if you prefer (a combination of personal training and wellness coaching)

  • Homework videos custom-created to help you stay inspired and integrate learning from each session
