What is the Feel Better In Your Body Program?

The Feel Better in Your Body Program is a 4-week 1:1 personal training program that will introduce you to all the components of The Move Well with Carolyn Method. In each session, we focus on a different area of the body to uncover blind spots, imbalances or areas of weakness.

After our 4 sessions together, you will be moving better and have greater clarity around what your body needs in order to stay strong, prevent pain or injuries, and keep active for decades.

​

I know what it feels like to be in pain. My body began to ache all the time in my mid-fifties. I discovered that old injuries, plus the repetitive nature of my activities and movement patterns had created imbalances and areas of weakness that led to muscle pain and injuries. 

​

The Move Well with Carolyn Method is an approach to movement that I created specifically for women in mid-life and beyond to keep us strong and agile to enjoy all the things we love to do. With a focus on strength, mobility, stability and balance, you'll have all your joints and muscles moving with ease in order to prevent injury and feel better in your body..

Then The Feel Better in Your Body Program is for you!

This program includes:
  • An initial 45-minute assessment to review your health history and set goals and intentions for our work together

  • (4) 60-minute training sessions either in person or Zoom

  • FREE access to over 100 classes in the On-Demand Studio while in the program

  • Personalized homework videos after each session to help you improve areas of opportunity

  • A recorded final reassessment at the end of 4 weeks to see progress and areas of improvement

  • A takeaway series of short videos personalized to meet your goals

Program cost: $497

Additional follow-up sessions: $100
